Individual and Group Counselling
Noland practices individual and group counselling. He is currently facilitating weekly group counselling sessions at Pacific Life Bible College as well as using his skills in various capacities in the social arena such as part-time Child and Youth Care Counsellor in emergency short-term care settings as well as a CARF accredited assessment/stabilization residential facility for Pacific Community Resources (PCRS).
Every Client is Unique
Noland employs an eclectic approach in his therapy due to his belief that every client is unique. Noland likes to have the freedom to draw from a wealth of different therapeutic models and ideologies which best suit the client's needs, with emphasis on cognitive distortions as very often outward change of actions are the result of a change that first occurs in the mind to deconstruct destructive thinking patterns, worldviews, and belief systems.
